First Presbyterian Church
Daelim Musical, Amate Audio's long-time exclusive distribution partner in South Korea, has been installing Amate Audio line array systems extensively in churches throughout the country. Over fourteen months, the company installed Amate Audio systems in more than nine churches.
The challenge
What the venue needed.
The largest of these installations is at the First Presbyterian Church in Wonju city, where the requirement called for an active line array system flown in left-right strings to cover a multi-floor auditorium with consistent frequency response and uniform coverage at every point.
The system
What was deployed.
The installation comprises 16 Nítid N208 1500W active, self-powered line array cabinets and two 2500W N18W sub-bass cabinets, flown in L-R strings. The N208 includes a custom-designed isophasic wave-guide and a 2.5-inch titanium diaphragm neodymium driver, achieving exceptional throw with consistent frequency and directivity across the church's two-floor coverage area.
